Very efficient, friendly and helpful

A good resource for apartment seekers.

Flatio services have been excellent. I will continue to use Flatio when searching for accommodations.

Good.

Excellent communications. Very clear and helpful. I suggest you drop this host.

A first time user of Flatio and have no complaints

This was the first time we have used it, and it provided us with the best quality to value rental we have ever had, by far. We have already recommended it to others.

Some of the accounts were promoting the accomodation but were not responding to our booking requests.

Making an app would be more simple ti navigate through the map 🙏

Easy, secure , safe way to get decent guests staying at my apartment.

The communication is great and very clear re payments, payment schedule etc thr service fee is slightly high

Everything was fine.

Good homepage, easy bookings, friendly landlords.

The staff is very professional, and the platform is easy to navigate. The terms and conditions are transparent and understandable, and the service is excellent. The only recommendation I have is regarding payment services. Recently, Flatio changed its payment platform and bank, and not all payment cards are accepted i.e. credit cards issued in certain regions are not accepted. This means that neither Apple Pay nor online payments can be made if your banking card is issued in a non-supported region. In such cases, the only available payment option is bank transfer. Therefore, my recommendation is to provide a complete list of supported regions for online payments (via credit card, Apple Pay, etc.). Alternatively, they could try removing this limitation by making available that payment option for currently non-supported regions. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the provided services.

I would and have recommended Flatio, they did everything they promised and always responded very quickly to any questions

This was my first experience using this service. The system with signing a lease agreement is a bit confusing, but you can figure it out. My impressions of the service are the most positive. I am glad that such new projects as Flatio are appearing.

A taxa é elevada, e gostaría de ter uma app no tlm que integrasse com outras plataformas.

I’ve been using Flatio for three years and never had a single issue or concern. I will continue to use Flatio for my rental apartments.

We felt very comfortable and knew Ana would help with any household problems

I would definitely recommend Flatio. They have excellent customer service and respond very quickly to communication and are extremely helpful with any issues you may have.

Ease of booking and cancellation policy.

Excellent customer service! Thank you!

The whole experience was good.
