Pretty safe platform. I think the description of the places should be more accurate because you don't always can get the idea of the whole place until you get there. I didn't know how close the other rooms were and I couldn't get the whole impression of the place before. Also, the landlady checked the room when I gave it back, which is okay because you are supposed to give the room back as she gave it to you, but because the city is very humid and it was winter and it rained a lot, there was some mold on the walls, something I cannot control and she tried to hold me responsible for it. I don't think this kind of things should happen because I cannot control weather or the way the structure of the building is going to respond to it. Those kind of things should be more clear for the hosts; structural damage is not something we can control as tenants. If you break something I understand, but not things like that.
