Since you opened the possibility for shorter rentals, 5 days, it would be an improvement to be able to differentiate the daily rate better between for example 5, 14 and 30 days stays.

Make it possible to choose for the landlord to have check out of old tenant, and check in of new tenant the same day. As it is now, there will always be an empty night in between tenants. Empty night = lost revenue.
