Yes, I like the way they structure the agreement between the landlord and tenant and their platform makes communication easy. Booking a long term stay was very straightforward and I felt I was protected as a tenant and liked the ease of paying my rent through them. I wish they had an app as that would make it easier to check into the apartment and communicate from your phone. Otherwise I was happy with the service.

I've used Flatio before and had a good experience. I like that you vet your apartments and that they are always fully equipped for business stays/long stays. I feel the pricing is usually very fair (especially compared to vacation rental sites, which seem to mark everything up by 1000% even for longer stays).

We have tried several sites. We used Flatio for our booking in Lisbon for 1 month. The process was clear, simple and efficient. We were very happy and received exactly what was expected. This site is probably the most "straight up", you know what you are paying ( no hidden extras), the property was perfect.
