I like that contracts for longterm rent are visible before renting the apartment, which was useful for my immigration into Portugal. The terms for contract termination are easier than regular in Portugal - just tell the owner 1 month in advance. Flatio is also suitable for short term rent and have some interesting flats that are not on Airbnb.

So easy to use and book. Flats were as advertised. Would like to see the reviews of all the flats and rating. Seems like most of the postings do not have reviews. Do people not take the time to review?
