not timely enough responses. i was without electricity and water and no solution for a while. and no one was responding to my emails from support. This cannot be this way. And you still havent sold my problem with the landlord regarding my refund. They were polite but in the end didnt solve any of my problems.

The platform makes it easy to find tenants, which is a great advantage. However, the rent pricing system needs significant improvement. There are noticeable discrepancies in monthly rates, even for months with the same number of days. The amount we set for a given month often differs from the final value shown in the contract, which can cause confusion for both landlords and tenants. Additionally, the lack of a mobile app for iOS and Android limits accessibility and ease of use for all users. A dedicated app would greatly enhance the overall experience.

One suggestion for improvement: it would be great if Flatio could support Georgian bank cards. Currently, this creates unnecessary difficulties for users from Georgia, and it would really help if this issue could be addressed.

Both of the recent reservations that I tried to make were rejected because the stays were too short (5 nights in Porto, 7 nights in Lisbon), and the landlords did not know that they had to set the minimum stay length above your default of 5. (You should make the minimum stay a required field during their onboarding!) I have already booked flights, so it's stressful to have rejections like this. I'll still try to use flatio because I love what you're trying to do, but it would be difficult for me to recommend it to others right now as the uncertainty is a big issue.
