Flatio has lot's of good places to stay, some of which you can't find on Airbnb. The rent contracts are easily electronically signed via SMS and are easy to understand. You can talk to the owner before comitting to anything. The payment schedule is clear. UI is nice too, easy to find and compare different places. Support is nice and respond within 24 hours or so. It's great for simple issues if you would have any. The support workflow is not so great for three-side-conversations (tenant-support-owner) but manageable.

Amazing response of help center. Everything else is also great. The only bad thing is some landlords' response, but that's not the problem of the website.
