Great location in a bustling area near grocery stores, shops, restaurants, cafes, bakery, print shop, banks and other services. Short walk to the metro. Nice patio and efficient kitchen. Bed is high quality and bedroom is quiet. Two minisplits for comfort. The alley in front can be noisy during daytime.

We stayed 2 months at Marias House. The House was nice and clean, and included everything we needed for a long stay!
The communication with Maria was excellent, and problems was solved quickly!
