I stayed at Stanislav's for a month and overall the stay was satisfactory, Stanislav, as the landlord, was quite reachable and willing to help whenever I needed it.

The experience was very much as expected.

Pretty much the only residential building in an area of companies. Not much around but there are two supermarkets nearby and it's right by the tram stop so getting to the center is easy and quick.
