Iva's place was great and just as described in the ad. The apartment is very clean, modern and comfortable, it has a nice terrace and small garden. Quiet location, ideally placed to get away from the busy Prague, but close enough to be in the city centre in 20 minutes (by bus and metro). I absolutely recommend staying here if you want a quiet neighborhood but close to transportation.

The apartment was great for my stay during a business trip. Everything in the apartment was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Flat is clean, warm, modern, safe, quiet and very comfortable. It was equipped with everything I could possibly need: comfortable kitchen with all necessary tools, large fridge, comfortable bed with good mattress, washing machine with a dryer etc. It has everything you need to work remotely incl. a high speed WIFI working with no issues at all. Special amenity is a large terrace – great place to sit and relax after a busy day. No problem to park in front of the house. For those who are happy to use a public transport: next to the apartment is a bus station which makes getting to work a breeze.

I have moved quite a bit and been through several corporate relocations so this is my perspective. The apartment is fully equipped on the level of a high standard corporate relo apartment, only it shows signs of love and attention from the owner you won’t get with a normal corporate relo apartment. Iva has everything you need to live comfortably including all kitchen utensils, pots and pans, placemats, dishes, glasses, silverware, and more. The apartment is in like-new condition, spotlessly clean- to the point I didn’t find any dusty surfaces at all. It’s a colorful and homey apartment that you’re happy to stay in rather than an impersonal hotel. It feels like a home. The appliances are all new and shiny and of course clean, clean, clean. The building is a new building. It’s on the edge of a residential area, the street is really pleasant and it’s unusual to hear any noise at all from the apartment. The neighbors are all really sweet and friendly, I met several, and they all greeted me with smiles and Dobry Den. Iva made me feel really welcome and the neighbors did too. The neighborhood feels safe, single women and kids walk around at all hours and nobody is concerned. Bus station is just around the corner. Iva prepared a looseleaf binder with manuals for all the appliances, bus routes, pamphlets for local attractions, and more. She’s really organized, she cares, and it shows. The apartment has a full-sized yard with a high fence all around, nice grass, and a kids’ playhouse. There is a very nice bathroom with a combo washer/dryer unit. The bathroom is spacious and colorful like the rest of the apartment. Iva forgot nothing, there is laundry soap and people soap, toilet paper and all the stuff you need. She included an umbrella, and iron, and ironing board. There is a lot of closet space for hanging clothes and lots of shelves. There is also a dresser in the bedroom. I think anybody who needs a good place for a long stay while moving for a new job or a short stay with a few small kids would really like this apartment. Iva is the perfect host. She’s helpful and available and absolutely unintrusive.
