Svetlana could not have been a better landlady. She communicates efficiently, is friendly and helpful and the flat is spotlessly clean and well equipped. I can’t thank Svetlana enough for her kindness during the covid-19 crisis when she was incredibly understanding about my situation and very patient while I tried to sort things out. Thank Svetlana.

The flat is very cosy and well organised. With regards to the landlord, I couldn't have asked for more... she is a very nice and helpful person.

I really liked the neighbourhood. One can arrive to the Bratislava Castle in less than 3 minutes, so one is practically in the Old Town. The castle is a very nice place where one can go for a walk or just sit and read a book. The place is also very near to everything one could need: pharmacy is just in front of the apartment entrance, and various markets are near. Tram and bus stops are very near to the apartment. I always felt safe walking in the neighbourhood.

Vsetko bolo super. Byt mal skvelu lokalitu, bol plne zariadeny a prenajimatelia boli taktiez fantasticky.
Celkom by sa zisla klima :) ale bol tam aspon ventilator.

The apartment is amazing and fully equiped! Τhe neighborhood is quiet, safe and the appartment is very closed to the city center! Also Svetlana and Rayco are great and the helped me in anything I asked for!

Exkluzívna lokalita, ktorú v Bratislave len tak nenájdete, prijemne zariadený svetlý byt so všetkým, čo potrebujete a hlavne super komunikácia so Svetlanou a jej priateľom Raycom = odporúčam všetkými desiatimi! Veľká vďaka, bývalo sa mi výborne.
