Disappointing stay: poor cleanliness and lack of care

I cannot recommend this flat due to major issues with cleanliness and communication. Upon arrival, the entire place was covered in dust. When I messaged the host with pictures to ask about the cleaning situation, the response was incredibly dismissive: "Ah, I just painted so left the windows open because of the smell." There was absolutely no apology or effort to fix it. He also mentioned that the cleaning is 50 euros if I needed it.

To make matters worse, I found the washing machine completely full of dirty towels and bed sheets. Additionally, the apartment gets virtually no natural light and is very dark throughout the entire day.

On top of the poor hygiene, the host constantly messaged me asking to enter and view the apartment because he was trying to sell it. Between the lack of basic preparation, the hygiene issues, the constant disruptions, and the host's indifferent attitude, it was a very uncomfortable experience.

Everything was excellent! The apartment was clean ,cozy,and well located.There's a large shopping mall " Westend" nearby ,as well as metro station and public transport stops.Highly recommended!

Old Post Apartment

The apartment is in an old and dilapidated building, and some of the home appliances are new. The washing machine didn't work from the beginning (flooding, interrupting mid-cycle), and it wasn't easy to communicate with the host, but in the end, we agreed on a rent discount for compensation. The house strongly smells of acrylic paint and old wood from the doors, and also the bathroom often had a bad odour coming from the sewers.
Ok for the good position and for a few-day stays, but I wouldn't recommend it for longer stays.

Safe to walk by since the apartment is in the city centre. There is a strip club near the apartment, and they will try to invite you in every evening, but besides that, all is good.

The location and house was amazing. A couple hiccups but the owner was very responsive and was able to get things situated for us. I appreciate your home and would love to stay again

Great neighborhood close to the basilica. There is a grocery store across the street and tons of restaurants

Simon was a great host and very accommodating. The apartment was beautifully renovated and comfortable to live in. We would return again!
