Ověřeno nájemníky
Tento odznak je udělován nabídkám bydlení, u nichž předchozí nájemce či nájemci zažil(i) bezproblémové nastěhování a vystěhování, o čemž svědčí buď kladné, nebo žádné negativní hodnocení, což vypovídá o bezproblémovém předání nájemní jednotky pronajímateli.
StayProtection
Flatio drží vaše peníze až do nastěhování.
Hello, I would like to offer my newly renovated apartment for rent. It is fully furnished and equipped. It has everything you need for your long term stay including two wardrobes with hangers for your clothes. It also has a nice library of books, large smart TV, and a nice ambient lighting. When you step out of the apartment building, you will be in the middle of the buzz. When you get back home, you will love the green courtyard, decadent and charming building, and nice and quiet apartment to rest. The apartment is decorated and has a great ambience.

Mirka's apartment impresses with its central location and upscale furnishings! The apartment was very clean, modern and in top condition. The apartment is also suitable for expats due to its furnishings. Weekend guests will definitely appreciate the central location and proximity to bars in the Jewish quarter.
