My name is Katerina Kypriotou, and I have been active in the hospitality industry since 2018 as a private host and owner of Villa Mariza Corfu and KK Athens Fine Stay.
Villa Mariza Corfu is a charming short-term rental located on the beautiful island of Corfu, while KK Athens Fine Stay—our modern 1-bedroom apartment in Athens—began operations last September.

Building on our experience and recognizing the growing demand for private, high-quality, and thoughtfully designed accommodations in central Athens, we expanded our portfolio with CK Athens Fine Stay (a 2-bedroom apartment) and AK Athens Fine Stay (an apartment with a terrace).

Both apartments are newly renovated with great care, offering a stylish and cozy atmosphere. They are located in the same building, in the peaceful Agios Ioannis neighborhood—just a 2-minute walk from the Agios Ioannis Metro station, providing quick and easy access to all major city attractions.

All our properties are personally managed by my daughter, Mariza Papadimitriou, and me. Our brand name “FineStayGreece”, reflects our mission: to offer an exceptional hospitality experience that exceeds expectations—creating spaces where guests feel not only welcomed, but truly at home.
