The apartment is truly wonderful - clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location. It is just a 5-minute walk from the beautiful beach and close to shops, cafés, and public transport, making it very convenient for both short and longer stays.
Our host, Kelly, and our local host, Keren, were exceptionally helpful, responsive, and understanding throughout our stay. They made us feel welcome and ensured everything went smoothly.
I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to stay, whether for a few days or an extended visit.

Malvarrosa has been changing a lot , making it more beautiful and safer. We stayed there almost 2 weeks with not issues at all.

We had an exceptional stay in this Valencia flat. The host was incredibly responsive from start to finish, making everything seamless and stress-free. The apartment itself exceeded expectations — spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with absolutely everything you could need. It genuinely felt more like staying in a boutique hotel than a rental. Everything was brand new, high quality, and thoughtfully put together. You can tell a lot of care went into creating a comfortable and elevated experience. Would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Valencia.
