We are Luana, Marina, and Sascha, three siblings who were born and raised in Munich, Germany. Our mom is originally from Rijeka, which is why we feel a strong connection to the city and bought this beautiful apartment there.

Luana was born in 1995 and is our youngest. She’s the creative one in our family and loves to go cycling, whether in the mountains or staying out in nature.

Marina was born in 1993 and is the middle child. She’s an analyst and a numbers whiz. In her free time, she likes to go to the gym and play tennis.

Sascha was born in 1992, making him our oldest. He didn’t always have it easy with us girls. Sascha is an accountant and enjoys playing soccer in his free time.

We bought the apartment three years ago and have been very satisfied with the rental so far. Now we’re looking for new tenants.

The apartment is rented furnished and includes a bedroom, a kitchen with a dining table, and a living area, as well as a small terrace with a garden, which also needs to be maintained.

The apartment is centrally located in a House with 4 Apartments but quiet. It’s on a family-friendly street, which is why we’re looking for quiet tenants. Parties are not allowed, and quiet hours must be observed.
The medical school campus is a 10-minute walk away, and there’s a supermarket, bakery, drugstore, and fruit market all within a 5-minute walk.
