I'm planning to leave Vienna in the long term, which is why I'd like to rent out my apartment. However, I'll still be living in the city—and in the same district—for the next few months, so I'll always be nearby and easy to reach if you have any questions or need anything. 😊

I've lived in this apartment for the past ten years and took my time furnishing it. There is an Armenian proverb that roughly says: "I am not so rich that I can afford to furnish my home inexpensively." I think that describes my approach quite well. Rather than buying everything at once, I patiently looked for pieces I truly liked and that would fit together beautifully over time.

Before you move in, there will be a new wardrobe in the bedroom, and the balcony will also be refreshed and made ready for you.
I'm a very mindful and spiritual person, and treating people, resources, and belongings with respect and appreciation is something I deeply value. That's why it would mean a lot to me if the apartment is cared for and left in the same condition in which you receive it. Thank you!
