I care a lot for a good relationship with tenants and open communication. I expect the same approach from the other side.
I am warm, but very busy with work, I handle most communication by e-mail or telephone. But I am always available and ready to help.
Kladu důraz na dobrý vztah s nájemníky a otevřenou komunikaci. Stejný přístup očekávám i z druhé strany.
Jsem vřelý, ale pracovně velmi vytížen, většinu komunikace vyřizuji e-mailem nebo telefonicky. Vždy jsem ale k zastižení a připraven pomoci.

Petr is an amazing owner. We were in touch only a couple of times throughout the year but every interaction was pleasant. He helped with anything we asked and was there to answer all questions.

We had an excellent stay of 5 months as part of our studies.
The apartment is bright, quiet, well equipped and close to the center.
The owner is really nice and helpful, we had a very good welcome.
We strongly recommend you this apartment if you stay in Prague.

Petr is an amazing host. The Flat is very well located and walking distance to the city centre and Pubs and restaurants nearby. Would return for my stay in a heartbeat. 100% RECOMMENDED

I had a Very long stay here and it was absolutely wonderful. the apartment is lovely and has everything you need, and Petr is extremely kind and cooperative. I highly recommend renting with him.

Zizkov is a good neighborhood that has many other international people living there. There are great parks, and always something to do.

Majitelé jsou velmi příjemní a bydlení bylo krásné. Byt je velmi hezky zrekonstruovaný a útulný.
