I was very happy with Vaclav, he made sure I was comfortable and the communication upon my arrival was great. I had everything I needed and he'd been very welcoming.
The room I stayed in had enough space and light, I was comfortable working remotely. Internet connection is good and I didn't hear any noises or other guests at all.
The kitchen is common but clean and well organized, I also had my own fridge to store anything.
It was the first time for me to share a flat and it was a great experience overall, will miss it!

The neighborhood is calm and quite, there are parks, coffeeshops, and public transportation is not far away from the apartment. I would recommend it over staying in the city center for sure.

The room is very big, spacious and well illuminated; maybe too much for those who need darkness to sleep by sunlight in the early morning.
The flat is very quiet, so you can work from the room with any problem.
The owner lives in the appartment. He is very friendly, helpful and thoughtful with any issue.
Any visitor who satys in the room has to pay. This is totally reasonable.
The only weak point is the noise when someone uses the kitchen or the microwave at night or in the very erarly morning, as due to the configuration of the house, every little noise produces a echo. But it happens not often, so it's totally bearable.
I would recommend anyone this appartment for short or long period.

The flat is great, there is a superb view on the street and beautiful sunsets every evening! However, in the bedroom you can hear all the noise.
I would say that with the other large room of 60m2 they are the best.

The only small problem is the smell when we cook, there is no host in the kitchen.

I thank Vaclav for his warm welcome! You can count on him.

The flat is beautiful and very practical to use! Vaclav is very friendly and provides everything you need! I would definetely reccomend staying here!

It is a lovely hip neighbourhood with plenty of excellent opportunities to go for a drink or eat in a restaurant. It is also nice to be away from the busy tourist area in the centre.

The room is really excellent. It is spacious and very cozy. You can stay there long hours (I work from home) and do not feel suffocated like you would with smaller, darker rooms. Although the room faces opposite to the sun, it is very bright and the view is quite pretty! There are drawers and hangers for your clothes, a cozy sofa and a TV, and the landlord provided me with a Chromecast to watch Netflix and others.

However, the other rooms in the flat really fall short. The toilet is very small. The kitchen is quite old. There is barely any space to store food. The fridge is smaller than you would expect, still, you only have a small space to store your food. And basically, not many drawers left to keep everything else that does not go in the fridge.
I would advise renting a room in this flat for a short period but not for a medium\longer stay.

For those visiting Prague, it is not very close to the central areas. You would have to take the tram and travel around 30 min to get to Old Town Square. However, Vinohrady and other cool areas are close by, and it is a different, more local experience of Prague.

This neighborhood is quite local and very quiet in my opinion. In Ruská you won't find many shops, bars and restaurants, but the streets above and below have some commerce. As everywhere else in Prague, the buildings are pretty!

Doporučená místa v okolí
I particularly enjoyed the tea house just the street below Ruská, they have a great working space! There is a Tesco and Albert Fresh nearby and a bigger Albert and Bila around 15 min from your door. Flora shopping is not too far away as well.

Domluva naprosto bezproblémová, předání taktéž, pokoj je v krásném stavu a velmi hezky zařízený na skvělé lokalitě. Doporučuji po všech stránkách.

Vršovice jsou jedna z nejkrásnějších částí Prahy. Konkrétně tento pokoj je v části ulice, která je poměrně klidná, ale zároveň dobře dostupná k MHD. Všude v okolí plno kaváren a obchodů.
