Welcome to my apartment, where I live most of the year. Renovated in 2025, it is located on a very quiet street, overlooks a courtyard shared with the rest of the building (a small condominium with 6 apartments), and enjoys beautiful natural light.

There are two large bedrooms, separated by the living room with a sofa and smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet, and a bathroom. Optimal comfort in winter with water radiators (100% renewable methane gas) and in summer with 3 large ceiling fans.

The apartment is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood with beautiful houses and flowers, yet still very close to the city center: 10 minutes by bike from La Canebière (electric bike station at the bottom of the street) and 20 minutes by metro (3 stops). A large fruit and vegetable market, bakeries, a SPAR supermarket, and everything else you need are just a few minutes' walk away.

Vítejte v mém bytě, kde žiji většinu roku. Je zrekonstruovaný v roce 2025, nachází se ve velmi klidné ulici, má výhled do dvora sdíleného se zbytkem budovy (malé kondominium se 6 byty) a těší se krásnému přirozenému světlu.

Jsou zde dvě velké ložnice, oddělené obývacím pokojem s pohovkou a chytrou televizí, plně vybavená kuchyň, samostatné WC a koupelna. Optimální komfort v zimě díky vodním radiátorům (100% obnovitelný metan) a v létě díky 3 velkým stropním ventilátorům.

Byt se nachází v klidné rezidenční čtvrti s krásnými domy a květinami, přesto však velmi blízko centra města: v blízkosti centra města se můžete dostat za 10 minut na kole z La Canebière (stanice pro elektrická kola v dolní části ulice) a za 20 minut metrem (3 zastávky). Velký trh s ovocem a zeleninou, pekárny, supermarket SPAR a vše ostatní, co potřebujete, je vzdáleno jen pár minut chůze.
