It's a nice place, close to Lisbon, but much calmer and more suitable for living. You will also have a great river view of Lisbon

After 20 hours of driving we arrived to the house and was completely dirty, we had to clean whole house after all this hours of travel, there was an issue with a light and dishwasher from day 1 never repaired while we were there! But the most unfair is the price, for humidity, location and mold not best place to live.
