I have been renting this house since January 2022. The house was completely renovated. We added an office space, 1GB contracted internet for guests wanting a connection when working from the house. We have had several long term guests enjoying the house and it's breathtaking views. You can also work pretty well from the patio area in the garden. Feedback so far was that the wifi connection was strong here too.
