My name is Ndoc.
born in Shkodra on June 3, 1964. I grew up in the old stone house which was in poor condition due to the economic conditions created by the dictatorial system.
In 1994, after the fall of the communist regime, I emigrated to Italy with my wife Flora and my son Elson, who was only 9 months old, and with my mother because my father had died a few years earlier.
My wife and I worked for 8 years in Italy in Construction and Flowers and in September 2002 we returned to Albania together with our daughter Elisa who was born in Sanremo Italy in 1999.
The first job I did was to repair my beloved house, which was left alone for 8 years, where time and the irresponsible had damaged it and the surrounding area.

Over the years I have also worked on the reconstruction of other houses in villages and cities, providing income for my family.
In 2013 I finished the main works in the house. In 2016 I finished my Bachelor's studies in construction engineering and in 2018 I finished my Master's studies in the Faculty of Architecture in Aesthetic Structural Design and in 2019, after an email received from Airbnb, I decided to make my home available to tourists. Around the house, I am working on an interesting project that will impact not only my home but also more widely if the local authorities help a little or not hinder.
The house is located a few kilometers from the sea, lake, rivers and mountains .This place is interesting for everyone, but especially for writers, directors, painters, photographers, historians, archaeologists, speleologists, engineers, architects who can take vacations and work with great value by calculating the cost of the product sold in their countries. These professionals can easily receive any movie script or television show, etc.
