The building is really well located, close to the city center. The owners did everything that they could to provide a pleasant stay. The neighborhood isn’t the best, but I felt safe throughout my stay. I would recommend this place!

The apartment was beautifully designed and built to a high spec, with the exception that the walls are very thin - especially between the apartment and the internal corridor. This was particularly a problem because most of the other guests were only there for short stays (a weekend or a week) and so it wasn't at all like living in a normal building with neighbours next-door, but more like living in a hotel apartment with thin walls. However, the host went to great lengths to ensure other guests were quiet, and it was great to have a professional host with 24-hour staff. I loved the huge window and great to have Netflix included. The shower was very good. Even with the long-stay discount it seemed quite pricey for Brno (closer to Berlin prices), but they have pretty much cornered the local market for well-designed apartments, although a splash of warm colour would have been nice.

The area is slightly sketchy - a little druggy and on the edge of the more sketchy part of Brno - although also lots of families living there and it's also right at the edge of the city centre. Brno is a very safe city in general and the area seems to be rapidly gentrifying. I loved that I could walk everywhere in the centre, it's a five-minute walk from the main train station and there are great transport links running all night. I mostly felt perfectly safe being there on my own.

The House of Arts contemporary art gallery is a five-minute walk and worth a visit; slightly further away, the House of the Lords of Kunštát has a more interesting programme. The artisan bakery, William Thomas, also nearby does excellent croissants, and there are plenty of lovely cafes within a five-ten-minute walk. If you're interested in natural history, I wouldn't bother with the Moravian Museum, but take the no.1 tram from Malinovského náměstí to the Anthropos Pavilion, in a beautiful location next to the river at Pisárky.

Doporučuji, naprostá spokojenost. Byt je moderní a pěkně vymyšlený. Lokalita je jen pár minut od centra města Brna, v okolí restaurace, obchody. Velký bonus je dostupná terasa (společná jen pro několik bytů) s výhledem na centrum Brna, kde si člověk vychutná šálek kávy.

Komunikace byla skvělá od začátku až do konce. Přijemní majitelé.

great view, awesome part of town. the bathroom is a little small and the curtains are a little thin, but otherwise a great place to stay with friendly and attentive owners.

Pros: Apartment is good, close to everything, the view from the balcony is amazing!
Cons: I had some disagreements with the landlord with my check-in dates. More flexibility would be nice, specially with foreigners (plans could change!). Internet connection is very week. Not suitable for home-office.

Close to tram stops, city center is just few walking minutes away. Looks nice and I felt safe. The only thing I dislike was the disgusting customer service at Albert Supermarket. I suggest to look for another sp near :)

The apartment was perfectly okay. However, the internet was mostly very weak and therefore mostly unusable, which made my stay as a student a little more difficult. However, communicating with Internesto has always been very easy.

The location of the apartment is very central and convenient with everything you need nearby.
However the important drawbacks of the apartment are as follow:
-The apartment is on the 3rd floor (feels like 4 or 5) so there are a LOT of stairs, without an elevator, making it feel like a mini workout everytime you go upstairs.
- Everything inside the apartment is from cheap IKEA furniture and appliances so I feel like they'll fall apart after a few more tenants stay here. Also some more appliances could be put in the house, such as a shelf inside the bathroom to put the shampoos etc and some better pans and kitchen stuff.
- Sadly the apartment doesnt have any windows that you can see outside, apart from the ones on the roof, so you easily lose touch with reality. From these windows lots of dust comes inside the house so you better invest in something to clean the apartment well.
-The house is super noisy, you can constantly hear the tram passing and the house could shake, along with sometimes hearing the noise from the apartment nextdoors.
-The price for the apartment is very high, 21k czk is too much for such house. I understand that the location is central but you can find better deals.

These are basically things you know before renting it, they just become tiring once you stay here for quite some time. Either way we loved the house and we were happy to stay here. The bed upstairs is super comfortable and so are the chairs in the kitchen. The people of Internesto are very nice and helpful, they solved any problem we encountered fast and efficiently so thank you!

The flat was in a really good state, full equipted and well situated. I didn't had any problem there. Futhermore, The landlords are really kind and available. In case of any issues they were answering quickly.

Super great location in a historic and charming neighborhood. The private room and common areas are fully-furnished with all the necessary equipments for mid-term stays. Prenajímatelia boli veľmi ústretoví, ochotní, vo všetkom mi vyhoveli. Apartmán komplet zariadený, útulný, s veľmi pekným výhľadom a v dobrej lokalite, všetko bolo blízko. S upratovaním som bola spokojná. Len doporučujem.

The apartment is located close to the city and in walking distance to nearly everything. The tram stops right outside of the apartment and runs very frequently. The rooms were clean. Even though it says that the kitchen is equipped, I wouldn't fully agree. Only basic equipment is available. If you plan on cooking properly then you'd have to buy a few more things. The team does check if they have extra pans, knives, etc. available if you ask them.

The communication with the team of the owner was super. I always got a quick response. I would gladly book the apartment again.

Eine tolle Wohnung mitten in der Stadt. Es ist nur ein Katzensprung in die Innenstadt (ca. 10 min zu Fuß oder 1 Tramstation). Gleich unten im Haus ist auch ein Café, in dem man morgens frühstücken, oder sich auch abends nett hinsetzen kann.
Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und wird auch einmal die Woche gereinigt. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt, nur sollten sie vielleicht mal in eine neue Pfanne investieren.
Ich hatte die Wohnung alleine für den Zeitraum bewohnt, aber mich haben über die Wochenenden immer mal wieder Freunde besucht. Für solche Anlässe bietet die Wohnung Platz für insgesamt 6 Personen.
Ich kann für diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall eine klare Mietempfehlung aussprechen.
