Accommodation at Sona’s apartment exceeded our expectations. The flat was tidy, very well equipped, spacious, and perfect for our stay. It was comfortable and felt like a home away from home. Communication with Sona was great — she was very kind and helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed upon our arrival. We also appreciated the quiet environment and the convenient location, which made getting around easy. We would definitely recommend staying here and would gladly return.

The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, with several nice coffee places in the area. A large shopping mall is also within a 15-minute walk, which was very convenient.

The place is exactly as you can imagine from the photos. The apartment is big and comfortable perfect for any kind of stay. I have had a very nice experience and conversations with Sona who facilitated my overall time in Prague. Not to mention that she took very kindly care of the cleaning and laundry providing us with prompt help whenever we needed her. Nothing negative to say, highly recommended.

Vrsovice is a very nice area full of cafe's and shops, but it has a very ''laid back'' atmosphere. One of the favorite less known districts of Prague.

Our stay in this apartment was truly exceptional.
The flat was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed.

The apartment was as described and the communication with Sona was excellent. She responded always in time and was very supportive for the whole time of the stay. Bi-weekly cleaning of the apartment was included in the price

Byt je čistý, novo zariadený so super lokalitou. Pani majiteľka vždy ochotná pomôcť vo všetkom. Veľkým benefitom je i upratovanie z jej strany. Ďakujeme pekne :)

Paní Nováková byla vždy k zastižení, bezproblémová komunikace. Je velice vstřícná vůči přáním nájemníků. Byt je moc pěkný, dobře zařízený. Určitě doporučuji!

LANDLORD'S REPLY:
Łukasz W., který byl u mě ubytovaný od 19. 7. 2017 do 20. 8. 2017 nerespektoval pravidla v bytě. V bytě byl nepořádek. Nově vyčištěnou matraci z ložnice přestěhoval do kuchyně na zem a na ní spal. Bylo nutné z důvodu hygieny celou matraci znovu vyčistit. Host nekomunikoval.
