Квартира достаточно просторная, но не хватало необходимых для жизни вещей, таких как разделочная доска, фен и прочее. Также не было стиральной машины, что оказалось крайне неудобным для проживания с детьми в течение 6 дней.

Nous sommes restés 4 mois dans cet appartement et avons malheureusement rencontré beaucoup de problèmes pendant notre séjour. Nous avons dû demander des miroirs qui n'étaient pas présents au début, nous avons eu un problème de frigo (heureusement que l'agence a vite réagit pour le changer), le débit d'eau est souvent faible dans tout l'appartement, nous avons dû changer le tuyau de la baignoire qui était troué, le filtre de la machine à laver était immonde et nous avons dù le nettoyer pour ne pas salir nos vêtements à chaque lavage, et les draps et serviettes ne sont pas tous très propres (certains sont mêmes troués!). Le plus gros problème a été l'invasion de fourmis, nous avons informé l'agence qu'il y avait une invasion de fourmis dans tout l'immeuble et qu'un professionnel devait agir mais le problème n'a jamais été résolu et nous avons simplement eu quelques produits censés les repousser mais cela n'a rien fait et il y a donc toujours plein de fourmis dans l'appartement car personne n'est venu pour tenter de régler le problème. Les 2 dernières semaines de notre séjour l'ascenseur est tombé en panne et n'a pas été réparé avant notre départ donc non seulement nous avons dû partir en portant nos valises dans les escaliers sur 5 étages mais en plus, personne n'est venu pour réparer l'ascenseur en 2 semaines et ceux malgré nos relances auprès de l'agence. Pour conclure, je dirai que notre séjour dans cet appartement était passable, heureusement que l'agence est assez réactive, mais les nombreux problèmes rencontrés et parfois non résolus ont beaucoup terni ces 4 mois passés dans ce logement.

Good location. Comfortable stay

The apartment is in a great location in Prague 10 (on the border with Prague 2), on a quiet street called Francouzská, close to the Krymská tram and bus stop. The apartment was clean and functional, with a beautiful view of the rooftops.
As for check-in, it was lucky we had friends there because we arrived late in the evening and had to pick up the keys from a locker in Prague 8. We didn’t end up meeting the owners because we were able to leave the keys in the apartment when we left.
It was a wonderful week; the apartment is big enough for a family of four. The only “criticism” I would offer is that we only had a dustpan and brush for light cleaning. A real broom or a vacuum cleaner would make it absolutely perfect!

The neighborhood is nice. There’s a grocery store that’s open 24 hours a day. There’s a cute little flower shop. There are cafés all over the place. The tram stop is very close by. We’re just a few stops from Náměstí Míru. There’s a park with a playground a little further up, and the large Havlíčkovy sady park is just a short walk south. Some buildings are being renovated, so I think the neighborhood will only get nicer.

We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment was clean and well maintained, and communication with the host was smooth and easy. Time passed very quickly — we would gladly stay here again on our next visit.

I stayed in this accommodation for about four months with a friend, and can highly recommend it. The area is excellent, very safe, pleasant, and close to everything you might need, such as supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and so on. It truly felt like home during my stay, and I will definitely miss both the apartment and the area.

The host was fantastic, always available and helpful whenever I had questions or needed assistance, which made the entire experience very smooth and comfortable.

The neighbors were also very friendly, which added to the overall positive experience. I can strongly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Everything was ok. The apartment is comfortable and completely equipped. We had few issues with the services (heating-water), but the owner and the representatives were always very collaborative in solving it out. Recommended!

The apartment is located in a good area of ​​Prague for public transport, having nearby tram stops (Ruska stop) and bus stops (Rimska). The apartment itself is spacious, however since we were 4 students we had to ask for separate beds. The dishes and cutlery were adequate for the number of tenants in the apartment and the price divided into 4 was acceptable, however we had problems with a broken door handle and the heating that did not start. After our complaints a technician arrived who did not solve the problem because he was probably not up to par. We started the boiler ourselves using ChatGPT and the handle was replaced in the end. Another flaw is the presence of a bathroom that is accessed through one of the two bedrooms, so it was difficult to access the shower, washing machine and the only mirror in the house if there was someone sleeping. Furthermore, the heating worked, however the apartment is not very energy efficient as I assume many buildings in Prague are. Finally, regarding the 15% limit on utilities: it makes sense to avoid waste, however in my opinion it would be better to advise (in the case of long-term rentals) for example monthly how much has been spent on utilities compared to the limit set. We did not find a clothes horse but we had to buy it at IKEA, so in my opinion it should be put in the apartment. The apartment is livable for Erasmus students since their period varies from 3 to 6 months. Overall, hearing from other Erasmus students, we had a good accommodation.

The area of ​​the apartment is very quiet, we have never had any problems with the neighbors and there is a nice park located next to the apartment. Nearby there is an Albert and Lidl supermarket and some minimarkets, as well as a barber and a bank. I attended CZU and it took me 40-50 minutes to get there by public transport.

The accommodation was nice and the apartments were clean, there was some miscommunication in the beginning but all worked out great in the end.

Byt se nachází v blízkosti metra B i tramvaje Křižíkova (3 min chuze), kde je i veškerá občanská vybavenost... restaurace, kavárny, obchody. Byt měl základní a dostačující vybavení. Vlastníci bytu mají kancelář přímo u vchodu, takže předávání bytu či jakékoliv jiné záležitosti je možné řešit i přímo osobně.

Všetko bolo výborné, poloha bytu, jeho vybavenie aj čistota. Komunikácia s domácim bola úplne bezproblémová.

The landlord was nice and very helpful getting a few additional things we needed. Nice apartment in the top floor of building makes good use of unconventional space.

The neighborhood is a typical busy city neighborhood. There are 'city noises'. In my opinion though, it was not excessive or disturbing. The neighborhood is also filled with great restaurants, within a couple blocks and is close to tram lines and not far from old town.

Zluta Pumpa (taco bar) had great atmosphere and awesome waitstaff. Link 86 convenience store is close by, but prices are ridiculous, walk the extra blocks to Tesco Expres instead. The park just down the hill is beautiful (Grassy areas, skate park, large playground).

The property is great, clean and tidy and in a really good location close to everything you need - bars, supermarket, restaurant and the metro all very nearby.

The one drawback was that as there is no Air Conditioning it was extremely warm. We bought one fan which did help a bit, but it would be great if each room was to have a small fan in it to help cool the place down. A very enjoyable stay overall though.

The flat was spacious and suited our needs for our short-term stay. Communication with the landlord was easy, with quick responses and assistance in getting into the flat upon arrival. I am new to Flatio, but have used many rental homes previously and expected similar accommodations. Although most basics were provided, some basic necessities were not (garbage can, broom/dust pan, fan, coffee maker). I ended up buying these items to make our nearly month-long stay more comfortable. The flat was extremely hot, as it was unseasonably hot in Prague for the majority of my stay, and there was a need for air circulation, so I bought fans to make sleeping bearable. In general, the flat was clean upon arrival. For the price of the flat, I would be happy to come back but would hope to see the basics mentioned above (particularly a basic coffee maker) in the flat. Even though I am from the US and we are accustomed to AC, I do think at least one large fan is needed for air circulation in the summer months.

The neighborhood is the best part of this rental. I would rent again just to be in Karlin. My children (15 and 12) joined me for part of the stay and I felt very comfortable with them exploring independently. There are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores, and shops within easy walking distance. Palladium (large shopping mall) is just a couple of metro stops away.

Fabulous apartment fitting with everything we could need. Whenever we needed anything fixed it wasn’t a problem. Tatiana and Jennie were lovely to deal with and we absolutely loved spending our four months here in this apartment. So central, spacious and well lit up. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a good stay at this apartment. It's really close to public transport, which was super convenient. The apartment itself was spacious and practical, fitting our needs well. However, sometimes the owner was slow to respond to messages, which was a bit of a downside. Overall, we enjoyed our accommodation. It was unfortunate that we had to leave earlier than planned due to personal reasons.

Great apartment and very close to the tram! very comfortable and cozy. Would definitely stay here again. The landlord was friendly and helpful.

The flat was very clean when we arrived, it however did not have the expected furniture, for example, we used a desk as a dining table, which means that one of us didn't have a desk. Additionally, there were exactly three plates and three bowls which is not enough for 3 people. In the bathroom, there was mold on the ceiling which was only dealt with by the landlord after contacting three different people and waiting almost 2 months. Our contact person also changed three times throughout our 4-month stay.

The apparent overall was amazing, great view, a lot of space, totally would recommend for the big company, you basically have everything you need. Really liked the place of it, not far away from the city center, small shop down the street, public transport not far away from the flat.

The apartment is great, wonderful location and spacious. There were some maintenance issues with the place that never got resolved despite multiple requests. Others did get resolved after complaints were made.

Great staff which helps you when you need them. The apartment is located in good district with many groceries and transport infrastructure around.

It's such a shame that this flat with so much potential is so poorly equipped.
I've never paid so much for a "furnished" flat and had so little.
the location is great and the unit itself is great and new and big but it was so frustrating to not have more furniture and basic items.
no TV, no microwave (although they brought one a few days later, which however was missing Rotating platter so it was useless) no drying rack for clothes, no drying rack for dishes, (dishwasher was broken) only a couch in the living room which would sit 3. Iron came a few days later however no Ironing board to be able to iron. No clothes hangars, not even a Broom or a Mop to clean the floors.
Bathtub on main floor did not hold water.
hope they spend some money and do some repairs because it is a potentially nice stay.

Everything was as offered. Excellent response from the landlord at the few and simple issues we had. The apartment is very comfortable and is situated in an excellent place. Trams, metro, supermarkets and all kinds of restaurants and shops. Absolutely recomendable.

Wow! We love Prague. There are so many interesting places to visit, that I can't think in anyone specifics now. Simply walk to anywhere, and you'll find something interesting. One recommendation: try to see the movie "Operation Antropoid" (you can find it at YouTube) and then go to Saint Cirilus and Methodius church. The memorial in there is astonishing.

Ivan’s place exceeds expectations. We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is well equipped, clean and in a very good location which is close to public transportation. We enjoyed the neighborhood. Overall communication with the landlord was fantastic. Ivan is always quick to respond. I recommend staying in this apartment.

Один из лучших районов, большая, теплая квартира, приятный дом ( подъезд, спуск в подземный паркинг) и терраса на крыше. Очень приятная девочка которая заселила, она всегда была доступна и отвечала на все вопросы. Но в самой квартире часть мебели была очень поношена или совсем сломана ( 2 стула из 4-х просто разваливались), фен не работал, посуда была очень старой ( сковородка, чайник) и на просьбу заменить сказали что можно попробовать, но что вся остальная посуда которая у них есть примерно в том же состоянии. Если честно не очень понимаю как в квартире которая сдается за 2к $ можно экономить на сковородке.

На паркинге, который стоил дорого даже для этого района (3тыс крон в месяц) моя машина была постоянно обсыпана побелкой из дырки в потолке

Friendly, available and helpful people. The flat is near the center, all kind of shops are within walking distance.

Apartment very well located, 20 minutes walk from the center of Prague, very good restaurants around, main supermarkets less than a street away. metro and tram station less than 5 minutes. the apartment was fine with all the amenities.

I'll start with the fact that the owner of the apartment is a good person.
There are disadvantages to the apartment.
When I arrived, I was accommodated not in the apartment I was booking, but in another. It is smaller in size and is designed not for 6 people, but for 3.
It was stated that the apartment has a TV, but there was not even a TV. When I told about it, I was promised to bring a TV, but no one brought anything.
The apartment was dirty and not cleaned. Trash full bucket and dirty dishes in the dishwasher. I had to clean everything myself.
Towels were given only on the second day only after I asked for towels.
When I drove into the apartment, no one handed it to me, only the keys were given. And when I was leaving, an employee came and started looking for various damages. He took pictures and said that after me there were some injuries on the floor and on the bed, but they were there. Take photos of all the damage as soon as you enter the apartment, so that later you are not blamed for what was damaged long ago.
