Inserted in a 2nd floor in a building without elevator in the heart of Cascais, this apartment is fully recovered and decorated with style and comfort.
The room has a lot of light and is decorated with great affection.

The kitchen is wide and cheerful, fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your home meals. It has fridge with freezer, plate and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and magic wand. In the Marquise you can find iron and ironing board and a portable extendal.
Hall gives access to two bedrooms. One of the rooms has a bunk for 3 people, ideal for adults or for children. The other room has a King Size double bed, and a small balcony. There is a complete shower bathroom that serves the bedrooms. Wi-Fi internet all over the house.
This apartment is inserted in a region near the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, a natural area protected with rare beauty.
It is located in downtown Cascais, 1 minute walk from its local shops, outdoor restaurants, pastries and bars, also the beaches with calm waters from the coast of Estoril, Marina and Cascais Naval Club.
It is also very close, 15 minutes by car, one of the best beaches in the area, Guincho Beach, known internationally by lovers of surfing, windsurf and kite surf and now more recently from Paddle Surf.
It is also about 15 minutes drive from Quinta da Marinha, one of the best golf fields in the area, surrounded by green pines.
For lovers of the Equestrian arts, the Equestrian Center is also available at Quinta da Marinha, as well as a complete gym with tennis and paddle.
Within a radius of 5 km you will find the Estoril Congress Center, the Estoril Casino and the Estoril race track.
Lisbon is only 40 minutes car or public transport.

Our company exclusively uses the services of our private laundry and cleaning teams, which have certified and specialized equipment for complete and effective cleaning, including the sanitation of clothes and towels.
All our housing are certified by the Directorate General with the Clean & Safe Seal

• It is expressly forbidden to change the position and location of the furniture.
• Loss of key - 100 €
• Locking lock that requires technical intervention - customer paid for the intervention
• Forget the keys inside the apartment, demanding a new visit from Welcomer - 25 €
• A House Manual will be supplied in the apartment at check-in. Please comply with the rules.
