Cortijo del Mar Resort is a beautiful complex of Andalusian-style flats with modern interiors located between the towns of Estepona and Marbella, which can be reached easily and in just ten minutes thanks to its good connection with the A-7 motorway.

The complex is totally enclosed, with free underground parking, and has security cameras and concierge 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
All flats are surrounded by lush gardens, with a wide variety of plants and trees that are maintained daily and with great care by our team of gardeners, which gives a tropical and fresh air to everything around.
The flats consist of a modern, designer living/dining room, light furniture with a touch of colour, and all are fully equipped with cupboards, crockery, sofa, direct access to the garden or terrace, and air-conditioning/central heating.
Please note that the decoration of the flats may vary from one to another, as they are completely personalised and customised.
The flats also have satellite TV, wifi connection and free safe, iron, washing machine and an intelligent domotic system for blinds, sound and lights to create different atmospheres. The kitchen is equipped with: microwave, oven, toaster, coffee machine, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric juicer, etc.
As for the bathrooms, our flats have two, and all of them have hydro-massage showers and jacuzzi baths.
Our services include daily cleaning and change of towels (except Sundays) and linen twice a week. This is very important to maintain the quality and standard of our flats.
The reception is open 365 days a year to help our guests during their stay. Our team will advise you on everything you need: excursions, transfers, doubts and questions about the area, gastronomy, etc.
The main swimming pool is located next to the restaurant and is open approximately from March to October, again depending on occupancy and weather. It is always supervised by a lifeguard, and has several low and high level areas for children and adults. The large size of the pool means that there is plenty of space for swimming and relaxing. Around the pool, you will find two Balinese beds and a massage service on request/at extra cost. In addition, there is a football pitch, basketball court and small playground in the back area with free access and open every day of the year.
In no case will the exact flat be confirmed until the moment of check-in, although we will try to take into account the preferences of the guests!!!!

Všechny byty jsou obklopeny svěžími zahradami s nejrůznějšími rostlinami a stromy, které jsou denně a s velkou péčí udržovány týmem zahradníků, což všemu kolem dodává tropický a svěží vzduch.
Byty se skládají z moderního designového obývacího pokoje/jídelny, světlého nábytku s barevným nádechem a všechny jsou plně vybaveny skříněmi, nádobím, pohovkou, přímým vstupem na zahradu nebo terasu a klimatizací/ústředním topením.
Vezměte prosím na vědomí, že výzdoba bytů se může mezi jednotlivými byty lišit, protože jsou zcela individuální a přizpůsobené.
Byty jsou také vybaveny satelitní televizí, wifi připojením a bezplatným trezorem, žehličkou, pračkou a inteligentním domotickým systémem pro žaluzie, zvuk a světla, který vytváří různé atmosféry. Hlavní bazén se nachází vedle restaurace a je otevřen přibližně od března do října, opět v závislosti na obsazenosti a počasí. Je vždy pod dohledem plavčíka a má několik nízkých a vysokých částí pro děti i dospělé. Díky velké rozloze bazénu je v něm dostatek prostoru pro plavání a relaxaci. Kolem bazénu najdete dvě balijská lůžka a masážní služby na vyžádání/za příplatek. Kromě toho je v zadní části areálu fotbalové hřiště, basketbalové hřiště a malé dětské hřiště s volným vstupem a otevřené každý den v roce.
Přesný byt nebude v žádném případě potvrzen před okamžikem přihlášení, ačkoli se budeme snažit zohlednit preference hostů!!!!
