Host was not responding on period of the whole 5 month

Nice place, close to center with frequently running public transportation.
The nearby homeless center disturbs the stay a bit.

For people who wants to rent that apartment be careful. The apartment itself is quite good.... BUT the attitude of the apartment owner is just terrible. Waiting for a response from the owner can take up to a week. several times in a month, our electricity was cut off and we had to solve this problem ourselves and for our own money. Don't recommend that place 3/10

Landlord was trying to extort me for 5000KC in "deposit" upon handing over the appartment. When asked why are they doing this since flatio is widely advertised as "no deposit" deal, he replied that "advertisments and reality are not always the same". Absolutely despicable and illegal. If you are used to any sort of normal customer service, forget about it.

Appartment is super overpriced, they havent even left one paper towel or basic kitchen things like for washing dishes, no toilet paper, the towels smelled like they've been in there forever. General condition of the appartment is just barely ok, many stains on the walls etc. smells like cigarettes inside.

In front of this building there is low income housing which will keep you up from 5 AM and make you concerned to leave the house after dark. Police interventions every weekend because of loud fights between the tenants across the street. Location is very poor.

The TV fell out of the wall on the second day of my stay and the landlord never bothered to even come check what happened, ended up laying on the floor and blocking the room for my whole stay which is just really poor customer service.

All in all, total scam, never again.

Flatio was trying to be helpful during all these issues and tried their best, but resulted in nothing more than nice emails - in the end I had to deal with the stuff myself as they have some deal with this landlord and they rather do business with them than with me.

Wow what a total dumpster fire. New building, families and rich people on one side, low income housing on the other side. I literally saw a guy inject heroin or something on the sidewalk, no lie.

Hell no, take something closer on the main streets like Delnicka if you want to be in Holesovice, this is terrible. They advertise as "close to the river" but the bank of the river is mostly homeless people and police chasing them around.

Novy byt, v prvnim patre nove zastavby, stav odpovidal fotografiim, celkem klidna ctvrt. Velke plus za snadno dostupne garazove stani primo pod budovou, otvirani garazovych vrat pres dalkove ovladani.
Byt a koupelna byla cista. Kuchyn mela minimalni zakladni vybaveni vse celkem funkcni, chybi vsak prkenko na krajeni. Co se tyce moznosti uklidu, museli jsme pozadat o mop a kbelik, protoze v byte byla jen lopatka, smetacek a vysavac u ktereho by bylo treba vymenit filtr.
Velkoplosna televize Samsung byla pouzitelne az po tydnu, protoze kabelove pripokeni k T-Mobile bylo nefunkci a komunikace s majitelem trvala nekolik dni, po te byl dodan DVBT-2 dekoder.

Byt je soucasti nove bytove zastavby, kousek od Vltavskeho nabrezi, zastavka tramvaje asi 2 minuty. Naproti domu je Budova Armady Spasy.

Park Letna ci Stromovka jsou snadno dosazitelne .

Nice and cozy flat in a modern apartment complex. The location is good since it has many things close by, not the nicest looking neighbourhood but except some yelling on the streets from time to time everything is ok. I also used the garage, very good if you come by car.

There's a Salvation Army social center right in front of the building, with people on the street most of the time, occasional yelling occurs. Not the best sight but doesn't seem to be a safety issue

Amazing location and an excellent complex of buildings. The Flat has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Prague

Přes levné vybavení a absenci klimatizace, nebo alespoň lepšího stínění, by díky moderní novostavbě s parkováním a dobré dopravní dostupnosti mohlo jít o zajímavé krátkodobé bydlení. To ale bohužel značně znehodnocuje sousedství zařízení Armády spásy naproti přes ulici, díky kterému je výsledný dojem přinejmenším tristní.

Beautiful accomodation, in very good state, with many fittings. Welcoming and nice staff however 3 remarks:

- careful, hair of the previous tenant in the sofa

- A broom with a bigger stick and a mop would be good

- a system of ventilation during the summer would be good too.
