David's place is perfect for anyone looking to stay in Prague. There is an amazing desk to do work at and the terrace has very comfortable furniture to watch the sunset and do work out there as well. We absolutely loved the terrace. You are on the 6th floor and the views are absolutely incredible. There is also a remote control umbrella that can be used to block out the sun. There is also an elevator as well. The. neighborhood felt very safe and we had no issues with our safety. There are a few parks nearby to be able to do exercise and he also provides a yoga mat to do be able to do home work outs. The place is a bit outside the center but the tram stop is literally right in front of the apartment. It takes 10 seconds from the front entrance. We recommend using line 22 to get to most points of interest in Prague and it takes around 15-20 ish minutes depending on the street traffic. The place has A/C, a nice tv, and amazing wifi. He actually just installed new wifi. From our speed test we were getting around 300+ mbps for download speeds. We had 0 issues using our devices and the network was incredibly fast. There's nice hidden gem restaurants and cafes all around the neighborhood and since you are a bit outside the center they are all very well priced. There's also a grocery store right in front of the house and a market next to it that stays open until midnight 7 days of the week. We highly recommend David's place for your next stay in Prague! David is also very communicative and is a great host and it was an absolute pleasure staying at his place.

The neighborhood is quaint and off the beaten path. There's lots of restaurants and cafes that are very well priced and overall, it's a very gorgeous area that's away from the touristy center.

The market at the end of the street has everything you could possibly need and is open much later than the grocery store and also on Sundays.

The apartment was absolutely lovely! I didn't miss anything during my stay. It's also quite close to the center by tram. David was really nice and I never had any problems. Would highly recommend.

I have lived here for the past 3.5 months and enjoyed every second of it. The house is perfect for longer stay and has everything you need. The balcony is an absolute dream too.
The place is located perfectly in a lively street that has everything you need.
About the owner, he is very kind and helpful. I definitely see myself coming back here and would recommend this place to anyone :)

This is a good place; I stayed for several months. It's small, but comfortable. The kitchen has most everything you would need. The bed is great. The internet is fast and reliable. The views south over Prague are really nice. David was always responsive to any questions. Recommended!

You're right in the center of Vrsovice, which isn't filled with tourists or expats. But you're close to the old town, if that's what you're looking for, with the tram. Trams or walking make all the restaurants and scene of Vinohrady easy to reach.

I stayed here for roughly 4 months and the apartment itself is very nice and also the location is good. There are supermarkets and some cafes nearby and the Tram is directly in front of the door.

However, I did have some problems in the end with the owner. I stayed there with my cat and when I left there was probably some of the hairs left on furniture. The rest of the apartment was clean. So, in total the apartment was at least as clean as when I moved in, since there were hairs of the prior person in the bed, cut-off toenails in the bathroom etc. But here is where the problem started with the owner. He didn’t come when I left and then suddenly later, he sent me a message demanding ~60€ as a cleaning fee. I resisted, because on one side the apartment was not perfectly clean when I moved in either and on the other side the demanded fee was way too high. The owner insisted on this amount and started to threaten me if I don’t pay it immediately. I compared the price to the prices of professional cleaning services. I could only look at the one with information in English and I guess they were already above average, but they charged around half of that price for a whole apartment and this was only about using some sticky hair remover for the furniture. When I confronted the owner with the results from my search, he suddenly changed his mind and we made an agreement and I paid some amount just to settle this case. However, I wonder whether he is trying to get 60€ from every person that stays there and then only does the minimum cleaning and this issue could have been handled much better than in his aggressive way.

I loved this place. The neighbourhood is great, quiet and has everything you need. The building is a bit noisy so sometimes you hear peoples loud music. (Happened to me ones a week) I met David in a rush, he never bothered me during my stay, but if I had needed him I'm sure he would have helped me straight away.

Only downsides are that most closet space is already filled so you're left with only one with dificult sized drawers with a chair in front of it. And there's no vacuumcleaner, so there are always some crumbs and dust on the floor. Overall I really enjoyed my stay.

Naprosto bezproblémová komunikace a předání bytu, který je zcela nově, kompletně a velmi krásně zařízen. Byt je prosvětlený, s výhledem a atmosférou. Naživo vypadá ještě lépe než na fotografiích. Podobně příjemná a prakticky vybavená je i lokalita bytu ve Vršovicích. Doporučuji!
