Bydlení na pár měsíců

Imagine the perfect morning: freshly baked croissants, freshly squeezed orange juice, and an unobstructed view of the Adriatic Sea – all from your private balcony. A table for two is bathed in warm Mediterranean light while the red-roofed villages of Kastela and distant mountains stretch out behind. This balcony is not just an add-on – it is the reason you will wake up with a smile every morning.

The open balcony doors of the VIP room offer an incredible view – the sun-drenched Adriatic Sea and distant islands all in one frame that looks like a postcard. A small blue table with orange juice is set on the balcony, while inside a work desk with a laptop is visible. This room is perfect for those who want to combine remote work with a Dalmatian holiday – work to the sound of the sea with an inspiring view.

The complete overview of the VIP bedroom reveals a spacious and luxuriously furnished space with a double bed, white chest of drawers, and subtle decorative details. A painted image of swans forming a heart above the bed sets a romantic tone, while recessed halogen ceiling lights provide even and pleasant illumination throughout. Oak-toned wooden doors lead to the rest of the apartment, and the entire room radiates peace, elegance, and the warmth of a home.

Nautical inspirations run through the decorative style of this bedroom – from postcards and a miniature lighthouse to the characteristic blue colour in all the accessories. This themed approach to bedroom decor perfectly matches the Mediterranean coastal atmosphere of the entire apartment. The room offers a cosy, positive, and visually cohesive space that evokes a Dalmatian summer and seaside holidays, regardless of the time of year you are staying.

The open-plan kitchen and dining area is the heart of this apartment, perfectly designed for shared meals. A solid wooden dining table for four to six people is surrounded by comfortable grey chairs, while a large overhead skylight floods the space with natural daylight. The white L-shaped kitchen with wooden countertops is fully equipped with all essentials including toaster, kettle and microwave. The overall feel is modern, warm, and welcoming.

This panoramic shot of the living room captures the entire open-plan space in one frame – from the entrance door to the kitchen, dining area, and lounge zone. The spacious layout with oak parquet flooring, white walls, and natural light creates a feeling of freedom and comfort from the moment you arrive. The blue sofa and mosaic pouf invite you to rest, while the dining table and kitchen provide everything you need for daily life.

Byt s výhledem na moře pro práci na dálku • Rychlé WiFi • Blízko Splitu

The comfortable lounge corner with its large blue sectional sofa invites you to truly relax and unwind. The sofa is spacious enough to pull out as an extra bed for an additional guest, while decorative touches – a wooden coffee table, mosaic pouf, floor lamp, and lemon tree – give the space a lively Mediterranean character. Oak-toned parquet flooring warms the room. The perfect spot for reading, watching films, or an afternoon rest.

This bright bathroom overview highlights the perfect balance between aesthetics and functionality. The glass shower cabin with modern fixtures dominates the space, while the round LED-lit mirror above the vanity adds warmth and elegance. The mint-green floating cabinet with two drawers offers ample storage for toiletries, and soft pink towels add a gentle Mediterranean touch. Every detail has been carefully chosen to give guests a boutique hotel experience.

A modern and fully functional space that meets all the needs of today's traveller. A spacious glass shower cabin with a rain shower head and handheld shower is surrounded by elegant floor-to-ceiling terrazzo tiles. The Bosch washing machine (8 kg capacity) makes long stays completely stress-free. A floating mint-green vanity unit perfectly complements the overall design, while wooden doors add a warm touch to the modern aesthetic.

A close-up view of the vanity reveals the quality and thoughtfulness of every detail. The large round LED mirror with warm backlighting sets the tone for the entire bathroom aesthetic. A modern basin with a sleek stainless steel tap rests on the floating mint-green cabinet, while the colourful terrazzo wall tiles create the perfect backdrop. Matching green toiletry accessories complete this harmonious and visually appealing composition.

The view of the dining area and TV zone reveals a well-organised space that offers everything needed for a comfortable stay. A wooden dining table for four with elegant grey chairs is perfect for shared meals, while a large wall-mounted TV provides entertainment. The Daikin air conditioning system ensures a comfortable temperature year-round, and a decorative shelf with figurines and a globe adds character. Oak-veneer doors lead to the bedrooms.

The view from the sofa towards the rest of the apartment shows how well-planned and thoughtfully furnished the space is. The connection between the living room, dining area, and kitchen is seamless, and every corner offers something special. The decorative shelf with lion figurines and a globe, carefully chosen wall art, and greenery bring character to a space that is otherwise clean and modern. This is a home where you will gladly linger.

The view from the VIP room towards the balcony and sea shows that this apartment is beautiful in every season. Beige curtains tied back at the sides and natural light streaming through the balcony doors give the room a warm and welcoming character. A work desk with a laptop beside the window is the ideal position for productive hours with the most beautiful possible inspiration – a view over the Adriatic Sea. A blooming pink blossom tree in the corner brings freshness and Mediterranean tranquill

The double bed in the VIP room is the central point of elegance and comfort. The oak bed frame with fresh white linen and neatly arranged towels creates the impression of a boutique hotel room. White chests of drawers on both sides of the bed, a mirror, and fresh flowers in a vase add a personal touch, while the swan canvas above the bed brings the romantic atmosphere to perfection. This is the bed you will find it hard to leave in the morning.

The spacious layout of the VIP room shows just how large and well-utilised the space is. The double bed dominates the central space, while the chest of drawers, open clothes rail, and desk with TV provide everything needed. Large balcony windows with a curved upper section and beige curtains channel the morning sea light directly into the room. Together, everything radiates a calm, comfortable feel of a luxurious home.

For those who need a little workspace during their stay, the VIP room offers a comfortable working corner with a wooden desk, drawer unit, and chair – perfect for a laptop and a morning coffee by the window. The room also features a TV, and the sloping roof creates an intimate and sheltered feeling. This combination of relaxation and productivity makes the VIP room excellent for longer stays, whether on holiday or a business trip.

The storage space in the VIP room is handled practically and elegantly: a tall oak-veneer wardrobe provides plenty of room for hanging clothes, while the white chest of drawers offers space for smaller items and personal belongings. A decorative heart and small green pot on top of the dresser add a personal touch. An open clothes rail for everyday wear and a floor lantern alongside the blossom tree complete the visual identity of this room – modern, tidy, and warmly Mediterranean.

The full view of the twin bedroom reveals a spacious and well-organised space that can accommodate up to two guests in separate beds. Oak-toned wooden bed frames with white linen and pink throws create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, while bedside tables with small lamps provide comfortable reading light. "Live, Love, Laugh" wall decor and a photograph of an alpine lake complete the positive atmosphere of this room.

Two separate beds with oak headboards, fresh white linen, and neatly rolled towels perfectly evoke the hotel standard this apartment offers. Bedside tables with warm lamps create soft lighting for relaxation, while a wide window with sheer curtains lets in natural light. A canvas print of an alpine lake on the wall brings a calm and inspiring energy – here you will rest as if on a real holiday.

A clean and bright overview of the twin bedroom reveals a spacious layout that ensures comfort and privacy for two. Two separate beds with modern oak frames, wall decorations, and curtained windows make the room pleasant to stay in year-round. White wall textures and oak parquet give the room a timelessly modern look, while the mosaic pouf between the bedside tables adds a playful Mediterranean detail.

This detail of the bedroom with nautical decorative motifs shows how much attention has been paid to every corner of the space. A white chest of drawers provides ample storage, while above it hangs a decorative board with postcards of Dalmatian destinations, a miniature lighthouse figurine, and a "Relax" sign – all in keeping with the Mediterranean spirit of the apartment. A blue freestanding coat hanger completes the functional aspect of the room.

The apartment is located in the heart of Kastela, just a few minutes from this beautiful Dalmatian coastline. The view from the sea towards the old town of Kastel Stafilic reveals authentic Mediterranean architecture: stone houses, red-tiled rooftops, a church bell tower rising above palm trees, and a tranquil harbour. Walking along the coastal promenade to the old town is one of those experiences that stays with you. Local taverns, fishing boats, and crystal-clear sea are all within easy reach.

The view from the rooftop towards the south offers a panorama of the peaceful Dalmatian settlement with its characteristic red rooftops, gardens, and cypress trees, while the Adriatic Sea and a distant island shimmer in the background. This view perfectly captures the apartment setting – integrated into a lively local community while enjoying unobstructed sea views. The proximity of walking paths and beaches makes this location ideal for those seeking an authentic Dalmatian experience.

From this spacious balcony a breathtaking panorama unfolds, spanning the vibrant rooftops of Kastela all the way to the islands and the slopes of Mosor in the background. With a small table set for an Aperol Spritz and snacks, the balcony becomes your favourite spot to unwind at any time of day. Whether you are enjoying a peaceful morning or a golden sunset, this view never disappoints.
